I have a love/hate relationship with November. I love it because it is when it starts to feel like the holidays, but I hate it because it means Halloween is OVER. I love Halloween and this year’s was the best one yet. I got to celebrate it with my awesome roomies- who love it just as much as I do. We walked in the Village Halloween parade, ate eggplant parm at the Waverly Diner (Yes, it was on Waverly Place) and finished the night off by watching Halloween movies 🙂

I hate stereotypical Halloween costumes, that show WAY too much skin for October, so I thought I would take a classic costume idea and revamp it into something fresh and unique. What’s more stereotypical than a devil? I found a red sparkly jumpsuit from my local Buffalo Exchange and sewed a black and red boa onto the top and bottom of it to add a glam factor (very 50s inspired). I paired it with a red leather jacket from Zac Posen’s Target collaboration, which I also found at Buffalo and my red sequin devil ears from Spirit Halloween.

Missing some of the Halloween spirit? Its never too early to start planning out next years costume- check out some of my links to similar products to match my look 🙂

Let the holiday season begin…

xoxo
