If your not already rocking the fringe trend, you will be soon! It is one of those trends that people either love or hate, but now designers are trying to change that by using it in creative new ways to make the trend more simple and wearable. The trend is transferring to more than just accessories, now you can find fringed sweaters, pants, jackets and ponchos. This is one of the hottest trends for the fall season and I am here to help you bring it into each and every one of your wardrobes 🙂

#1: Fringed Handbags

This is the classic place that you see fringe, and is one of the easiest way to wear the trend. Designers are sprucing this trend up by making purses in fresh colors such as metallic silver and patterns such as camouflage. Adding a fringed tassle is a more understated to bring this trend to your accessories.

#2: Fringed Tassle Necklaces

Just like the tassle on the bag, I have been seeing tassle pendants on beaded necklaces all over the place. I love these that are vibrantly colored- I think they would go great over a plain black dress or shirt. They have a comfy cozy vibe to them which I think are perfect for the fall time.

#3: Fringed Ponchos

Ponchos have been on my “items to buy” list even during the summertime and now that designers are making them with fringe, I NEED them! During the Rebecca Minkoff Spring 2016 runway show the other day, there was fringe galore! My favorite piece was this lavender poncho with the fringe along the bottom and the sides.

#4: Fringed Shoes

This last way that fringe is being worn has to be my personal favorite.  Last season, I found these adorable camel colored suede fringed boots by Minnetonka that I love to wear this time of year. I also love the over-the-knee boots with the fringe along the sides- pair them with jeans and a sweater and your good to go!

Thats it! My round up of the greatest ways to wear the fringe trend. This trend has been shown through the shows so far in New York Fashion Week, showing that it is not going away any time soon. So go out and buy some fringe, you’ll be perfectly on trend 🙂
