After wearing literally nothing but sweatpants for the past 3 ½ months I can safely say I have entered a bit of a style rut. Since things are starting to open up, I challenged myself to come up with some easy summer outfit ideas, all with pieces that you probably already have in your wardrobe.

And don’t forget to pair it with your face mask! Shop custom tie dye ones at Mezzanine Masks on Etsy.

I’ve linked similar pieces down below, all under $40 because if you’re like me, you are trying to spend as little as possible right now. Treat yourself though, you deserve it 🙂

1. Shorts & a Tank

This may sound like way too easy of an outfit, but it is the accessories that take it to the next level. Add a belt, some strappy sandals and some chunky jewelry to elevate that $2 Walmart tank top. No seriously, my tank top was $2 at my local Walmart (linked here, it’s online 2 for $6)

2. Sundress

You can never go wrong with a good sundress. Add a headband and some dainty jewelry, maybe even pair with some booties to add a little edge for a night out.

3. Casual Sweat Shorts & a Tee

Not ready to give up your loungewear just yet? Style some sweat shorts with a same color tee, some combat boots and some big sunglasses for an edgy monochromatic look.

Bottom line- accessories can turn ANY outfit into an AMAZING one. Shop my favorites below…
