Puff Sleeve

This is my personal favorite trend, it is super feminine and elevates your normal sundress. It is also super easy to find, with my favorite retailers like H&M and Missguided having hundreds of styles featuring a puff sleeve. You can find it in dresses, tops, short sleeve, long sleeve, patterns, solids, you name it. Style a puff sleeve dress with sharper accents, like a leather jacket & combat boots to have the perfect mix of feminine and edge.

Ruffles

Going along with the puff sleeve trend, it seems that feminine accents are really having their moment. Ruffles are back and bigger than ever, with lots of dresses featuring tiered ruffles. I have also been seeing ruffles places on the front of tops and along the sides of the sleeves- they are getting different placement than just at the hems of skirts.

Ditsy Floral

Florals for spring? Groundbreaking, I know. However, this season the floral prints have gotten even tinier. We have been seeing dresses with a very small floral pattern all over, almost giving it a grandmother’s curtain vibe. Pair multiple floral pieces together to stand out, and for extra style points.

Midi length with slit

A good sun dress is a MUST for spring, and this season we have been seeing the midi length make a huge comeback. Hitting right above the ankle, this is a universally flattering fit- if you are a short human, like me, make sure to get yours tailored so it isn’t too long as that could make you look a little stumpy. 3 inches above the ankle is where I think is the most flattering. Find midi dresses with a high slit to make everything a little more playful and to offset the long length!
