Summer cleaning and organization are always the first two things that I do as soon as August hits. It is right before school starts again, and right as the summer is dwindling away- it makes a huge difference in your mental space. You get to start the school year off right and be clearer to enjoy the rest of summer.

It is even more important this year especially because… I GOT MY FIRST APARTMENT.

And if you know me, I have been spending every waking moment creating mood boards for my new spaces, looking up dream home decor pieces and diy ideas. Ask my friends, the past two months I have been all about group painting sessions and was even able to snag two of my friends to help me clean the brass handles for my dresser. Sounds like a LIT Friday night activity to me lol.

I decided to make some home decor posts for you guys to show my love and huge obsession for interiors. I also am decorating my whole apartment on a budget and have some really easy tips for you guys so you have a GORGEOUS space that doesn’t break the bank. This post I compiled all my inspiration pictures from Pinterest and found inexpensive decor items online to get the look from those pictures! Once I finish decorating my space I will do a whole post showing every little corner, because they are my favorite posts to read and I cannot wait to have one of my own.
